Amphibious excavator WK 220 SEMI

The WK 220 NG-5 SEMI swamp excavator is very versatile. Especialy in circumstances where it is not possible to work from the shore or in poor load-bearing terrains such as wetlands. When the water is too shallow for a dredger or silt push boat, one of our amphibious excavators is the solution. The amphibious excavator has a lot of lifting capacity so various accessories can be used, such as buckets, sorting grab, mulcher and dredging pump. Ideal for the larger projects of digging, dredging, clawing and mowing.

The machine is very efficient, crane mats (crawler excavator) are no longer needed. There is no chance of getting stuck in the mud. The swamp excavator is fully floating. This makes crossing waterways easy. Thanks to its powerful travel motors, the amphibious excavator is able to drive in and out of the water independently. The relatively low ground pressure ensures a minimum of terrain damage.

The Waterking WK 220 NG-5 Semi has a range of 14,00 metres. The WK 220 NG-5 Semi can also be extended with a dredging pump and power pack. This allows the machine to be used as a full-fledged cutter suction dredger. The transport is carried out with 2 semi-trailers, one of the trucks is equipped with a loading crane. The assembly of the machine only takes 1,5 hours. An additional advantage is that no special transport permit is required for transportation (depending on the country).
